These terms apply to your use of the CoffeeDua website and our coffee sourcing services. CoffeeDua is based in the Netherlands. By contacting us or using our services, you agree to these terms.
What CoffeeDua does
CoffeeDua is a sourcing intermediary. We connect coffee buyers with exporters in our network. We do not own, hold, or ship the coffee ourselves. Our role is to facilitate the relationship between buyer and exporter, coordinate samples and logistics, and ensure both parties have the information they need to complete a transaction.
Sourcing inquiries
Submitting a sourcing request through our website or by phone does not constitute a binding order or commitment. A transaction only becomes binding when both you and the relevant exporter have agreed in writing to the terms of an order, including price, volume, and delivery conditions.
Pricing and fees
CoffeeDua charges a sourcing fee on top of the exporter price. This fee is always communicated to you in writing before any order is confirmed. We do not add hidden margins to the exporter price. All pricing is subject to market conditions and may change between inquiry and order confirmation.
Samples
Sample shipments may incur a cost, which we will communicate before dispatching. Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only. Approval of a sample does not automatically commit either party to a full order.
Exporter relationships
CoffeeDua works with exporters it trusts, but we cannot guarantee the quality, quantity, or delivery timelines of any specific lot. Quality disputes or logistics issues are handled in good faith between all parties. We will always act as an advocate for the buyer in any dispute with an exporter in our network.
Limitation of liability
CoffeeDua acts as an intermediary and is not liable for losses arising from the actions or failures of exporters, shipping companies, or other third parties involved in the supply chain. Our liability is limited to our sourcing fee in the event of a dispute arising from our own services.
Intellectual property
All content on the CoffeeDua website, including text, design, and graphics, is the property of CoffeeDua and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
