Transparent pricing

No hidden margins. No surprises.

We work on a clear sourcing fee model. You pay the exporter price plus our fee. That is it.

How it works

You see exactly what you pay

Most sourcing companies mark up the coffee price and never tell you. We do not. We charge a transparent sourcing fee on top of the exporter price, which we share with you upfront. You know the cost of the coffee, and you know our fee. Nothing hidden.

The exporter price depends on the origin, the lot quality, the processing method, and the harvest season. We will always give you a breakdown before you commit to anything.

The fee model

What you actually pay

01
Exporter price
This is the price the exporter charges for the coffee. It depends on origin, quality, processing, and market rates. We share this with you in full, no markup.
02
CoffeeDua sourcing fee
Our fee covers the sourcing work: finding the right exporter, coordinating samples, managing communication, and overseeing logistics. It is calculated as a percentage of the order value and quoted upfront.
03
Shipping and logistics
Shipping costs depend on origin, volume, and destination. We coordinate this through our exporter network and include estimates in your quote before any commitment.
04
That is the total
No hidden fees. No late surprises. Everything is agreed before the order is placed.
